Return & Refund Policy

Order cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product has been shipped or produced. If your cancellation is approved before shipment or production, you will receive a refund. We cannot cancel an order after it has already shipped.

Returns

We accept returns of eligible products. Customers may apply for a return within 14 days after receiving the product.

Please contact Flora Acre Support before sending any item back. Email support@floraacre.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. If your return is approved, we will provide return authorization and the return address.

Do not send items back without return authorization. Items sent without prior approval may be delayed, refused, or not eligible for processing.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs related to a return. Flora Acre does not charge a restocking fee for returned products.

Refunds

Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt. We will also notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. The time required for the credit to appear may vary by payment provider, credit card company, or bank.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received an approved refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, because it may take time before a refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, because there is often processing time before a refund is posted.

If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, contact Flora Acre Support at support@floraacre.com.

Damaged, missing, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact support@floraacre.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
